| This is going to be my first open water Tri event, and I am rreally nervous about it as swimming is my absolutely worst discipline. To combat the nerves I am going on a swimfortri 4 week open water course starting this Saturday June 3rd, so hopefully that should give me some confidence. <a href="http://www.swimfortri.co.uk">swimfortri</a> I also bought a wetsuit this weekend from sigma sport.
